Welcome to Shenandoah at the Arbor. Do you remember those trips as a kid to see your Granny? The warmth of her home, the big welcome in her eyes, and most of all the aroma that drifted out of her kitchen?

Throughout our travels across the U.S. we searched for recipes and beliefs that evoked those memories and ideals of a simpler time. We set out to reinvent American cuisine with a southern philosophy and style.
