Dinner Banquets
Dinner Banquets start at $40 per adult plus tax and tip.
This includes a non-alcoholic beverage, apple fritters to start, a house salad, an entrée choice, cheesecake with raspberry puree, and coffee.
Banquets sizing from 15-50 people will choose up to 3 of the following entrée options.
Friday and Saturday nights special events cannot exceed 20 guests due to high volume.

One boneless breast, charbroiled & topped with a spectacular sauce of mushrooms, bleu cheese, mustard and capers
Lemon Chicken

One boneless breast sautéed in butter, seasoned with capers, fresh lemon slices & parsley
Fish:
(Preparations are listed below. Prices Include Farmed Salmon) Add $6 for Wild Salmon or Halibut, Add $10 for Chilean Seabass
Bacon and Hazelnut Crusted Fish
Prepared with a bacon and hazelnut crust. Served with a citrus beurre blanc sauce.
Daily Fresh Catch
Prepared with artichoke hearts and mushrooms sautéed in a tangy lemon butter sauce
Cajun Style
Grilled and seasoned with Cajun seasonings
Beef:
New York Steak
10 oz. steak charbroiled, Cajun seasoned. Served medium rare. Add $6 per person
Filet
8 oz. Filet mignon charbroiled and served with either Riverwalk sauce (mustard, caper) or our spicy Southwestern tequila cream sauce. Add $10 per person
Tri Tip Roast
Marinated, charbroiled and thinly sliced. Served over roasted potatoes with sautéed mushrooms, spinach and au jus
Pasta:
Galveston Pasta
Penne, shrimp, chicken and Andouille sausage, in a jalapeno tequila cream sauce
Summer Pasta
Fresh basil, olive oil, garlic, tossed with penne pasta (addition of chicken, shrimp or veggies available)

Lunch Banquets start at $26 per adult plus tax and tip.
This includes a non-alcoholic beverage, apple fritters to start, an entrée choice, and cheesecake with raspberry puree for dessert.
Add a salad to any lunch entrée for only $4 per person.
Banquets sizing from 15-50 people will choose up to 3 of the following entrée options.

Additional Banquet Information
Lunch Banquets are scheduled at 11AM and 2PM time slots. 2 hour time limit
Dinner Banquets are scheduled at 5PM and 7:30PM time slots. 2 ½ hour time limit
We are happy to help personalize your event with a custom wine package.
Linen tablecloths ($3.25 each) and napkins ($1 per person) available for an additional charge. Limited color choices.
A $15.00 corkage fee will be charged for any 750ml. wine bottles.
A maximum of 4-750’s are allowed.
A credit card number is required at booking.
As of January 1, 2014 the IRS implemented a new law that prohibits restaurants from adding an automatic gratuity. Previously we were adding 20%, which is our suggestion to any large party booking a banquet.
Please pre-select your food choices prior to sending your invitations to your guests, so that when they RSVP, they may notify you of their pre-selected menu choice for their meal at the event.
We require you make a place card for each guest that indicates their meal choice so the servers can deliver the food without interrupting conversation. You can get creative with these and color code them, put stickers on them, or simply the name of the food item next to the name of the guest. (Some people opt to do name tags.)
Please do not send out invitations until you have spoken with Launi, our Banquet Manager. This is just a short summary of our Banquet program and there is additional information you will need.
The final count of guests, as well as the entrée choice totals are needed on the Friday one week prior to your reservation. You will be charged for the amount of people given in the final head count.
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to your event with a manager of Shenandoah, otherwise the deposit will be charged.
Because of our wood decking on our patio, spiked heels are discouraged.
